Once
upon a time,
nearly sixty years ago, a little girl in Peoria,
Illinois convinced her grandmother that taking
her dollhouse outside for a photograph was
a nifty idea.
Who
would have guessed that she would spend countless
hours playing with this dollhouse (and several
metal dollhouses to follow -- all given away
sometime during her high school years).
Then,
after a 40-year professional career in fundraising
and special events plus five children later,
she would again follow her bliss and produce
dollhouse miniature shows from Florida to
Massachusetts.

Directions: Capital Beltway 495 Exit 50B Arlington
Blvd/Rte 50 towards Arlington/DC, immediately bear
right on ramp Fairview Park Drive South. Top of the
ramp, turn right at the light, to sign of driveway
entrance to the beautiful Fairview Park Marriott on
the left, in an incredibly lovely park-like setting.
Plenty of free surface and underground parking.
The Tysons Corner Show has a new name since
we're at a new location. We're using the name
of my "old" Rockville,Maryland show as we're
combining the Maryland/Baltimore & Virginia/Tysons
miniature festivals into ONE great Fall Show!
Where is it? 2nd exit past Rte 7/Leesburg Pike exit,
where you used to get off for the Tysons Corner show,
so 2 more miles south on the beltway.
Construction on the DC Metro extension to Dulles
Airport (Rtes 7 & 123 corridors) made this move
from the Tysons Corner commercial area a necessity.
You will love the tranquility of our new location.
Great weekend rates. Trick or Treat bags for the kids....plenty
of chocolate for the adults...wear your Halloween
duds, fly in on your broom to Dulles or Washington
